Today, I visited five single-family homes in Northwest Evanston, ranging in price from $579,000-$949,000.
2335 Ridgeway – This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath vintage brick home has a decent circular floor plan with French doors that open to a nice screened porch. The home has hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, a partially finished basement and an updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is not a master bathroom but a convenient first floor half bath. Price tag-$579,000
2100 Lincolnwood – This four bedroom, 2.5 bath home also has a nice circular floor plan and a lot of space for the price. The living room is 27 x 14 and the family room is 18 x 13. There are four bedrooms upstairs as well as a library/office. The home sits near the corner of Golf Rd. and Lincolnwood but faces Lincolnwood. There is a master bathroom, though it needs a little updating. The home gets good light and the kitchen is nicely updated with granite countertops. Price tag-$595,000
3152 Harrison – This four bedroom, 2.5 bath vintage brick home is kitty corner from Bent Park. The first floor has good space with a 23 x 12 family room and fireplace. There are four bedrooms upstairs, including the master bedroom which has cathedral ceilings and built-in oak cabinets and a loveseat. The basement is partially finished with an exterior access. Price tag-$718,000.
2629 Stewart – This four bedroom, 3.5 bath stucco home sits across the street from Independence Park and a stone’s throw from the Central Street shops. The master bath has a nice whirlpool spa. There is no central air conditioning. The basement is partially finished with a climbing wall and half bath. Price tag-$725,000
