Broker’s Tour – July 21, 2009

Today, I visited three condos and a single-family home new on the market during Evanston’s Tuesday Broker’s tour.

930 washington930 Washington #1A – This two bed, 1 bath first-floor condo is located near the Main Street corridor. The  condo has an updated kitchen, a patio and assigned parking.  The price is nice – $165,000.

 

 

2766 hampton2766 Hampton #BB2 – This one bed, one bath condo is a corner unit that is nicely updated and gets great light. The unit has hardwood floors throughout, assigned parking and a neat built-in computer work station in the living room. It is located within walking distance to the Central Street shops and the CTA Central Street stop. Price tag-$187,000.

                                                                                                                                                               2252 sherman2252 Sherman #2 – This two bed, one bath condo is one of the few inthe complex that has a balcony. It has hardwood floors throughout, French doors and deeded garage parking. The condo is within walking distance to Northwestern University, but no rentals are allowed. Price tag-$225,000.

 

1515lincoln1515 Lincoln – This four bed, 2.5 bath home on popular Lincoln Street has a lot going for it. The lot is large – 50×200 – and the floor plan is circular and comfortable. The kitchen is renovated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and maple cabinets. A nice feature is the butler’s stairway that leads from the second floor to the kitchen. Price tag-$750,000.
