Homes sales rise in September but prices still dropping

The number of Evanston single family home sales increased 17 percent in September 2009, compared to the same time last year. However, the average sales price fell dramatically – 36 percent.  The average market time increased by 40 percent. Third annual Evanston Green Fest slated for Saturday
