Energy program for Evanston businesses nears

The deadline for Evanston businesses to participate in a Com Ed sponsored energy efficiency program is Jan. 31, 2010.

November condo sales increase, prices still lower

The number of Evanston condo sales in November 2009 jumped to 42, compared to 27 during the same time last year. The median sales price, however, is down from $241,500 in November 2009, compared to $275,000 in Novemeber 2008.

Single-family home sales rise but values continue plunge

The number of Evanston single-family homes that sold this November was  24, compared to 18 single-family homes that sold in November 2008.  However, the median sales price plunged 33 percent in November 2009, compared to November 2008 sales figures.
