February condo sales steady compared to last year

The number of Evanston condos sales in February 2010 increased by one compared to the same time last year. Evanston home where bodies found sold

An East Evanston home that made national headlines when the bodies of three dead siblings were found inside has sold. 1216 Judson, listed for $675,000, sold as is for $625,000 on Feb. 22. It was on the market for nine days.
