I’m  a Realtor who won’t take on too many assignments at one time so that leaves me the time and energy to focus on your needs. I love helping clients buy and sell real estate. I get to meet new people, view beautiful homes, make new friends and help clients make the best decision in probably the most expensive investment they will ever make. It’s a rewarding profession, and I’m good at what I do.

Trained as a Realtor and Certified Residential Appraiser, I have an eye for value – real and potential. I also have the experience and knowledge to gather, analyze and interpret complex real estate data -a value to any buyer and seller. In addition, I have a successfully proven method to sell homes using an effective customized and innovative marketing and advertising plan that has helped my clients get the most money for their homes in the least stressful and smoothest transactions possible. A top producer in sales, I have been selling, buying and appraising real estate full-time for more than a decade.

I grew up in the Lincoln Square neighborhood in Chicago, and now I live in Evanston with my beautiful wife and two amazing children. Evanston is an absolutely vibrant and dynamic town full of warm and interesting people and home to one of the most elite universities – Northwestern University. Evanston, located along Lake Michigan, contains stunning vintage homes, numerous beaches and parks and a lively downtown.
